We aim to have your order dispatched within two business days of ordering online.
Our Standard Shipping (courier service) should have your order delivered to you within 4-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 7-10 business days for regional areas, Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania.
Due to some postcode restrictions with courier service this will be sent via Australia Post.
Please note all of our parcels require a signature upon delivery.
To track your order, an email would have been sent out when your order shipped with the applicable tracking number.
Didn’t receive a delivery confirmation? Make sure you check your Junk or Promotions folder in your email account.
Unfortunately, we aren’t able to make amendments, additions to or cancel an order after it’s been processed through the our website.
Please contact us as soon as possible. The easiest way would be to create a new order with your updated items and cancel your existing order.
If the product is unused, undamaged and still in its original packaging, we can organise an exchange for you.
We’ll do this for any of our products, you’ll just need to return the product, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receiving it. We don’t refund shipping costs.
Please note, that we are unable to offer exchanges for sale items.
