How long does it take to get my order?

We aim to have your order dispatched within two business days of ordering online.

Our Standard Shipping (courier service, signature upon delivery) should have your order delivered to you within 4-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 7-10 business days for regional areas, Northern Territory, Western Australia and Tasmania.

Due to some postcode restrictions with courier service this will be sent via Australia Post.

 

If you haven’t received your order yet and your tracking information hasn’t been updated in a few days, the quickest way to resolve is to lodge an enquiry with the courier your parcel was sent with, this can be done via their website.

If you aren’t having any luck just contact us at hello@yoyogipets.com with your tracking number and the issue so we can assist you. 

How do I track my order?

To track your order, an email would have been sent out when your order shipped with the applicable tracking number.

Didn’t receive a delivery confirmation? Make sure you check your Junk or Promotions  folder in your email account.

Can I make a change to my order or cancel it?

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to make amendments, additions to or cancel an order after it’s been processed through the our website.

Please contact us as soon as possible. The easiest way would be to create a new order with your updated items and cancel your existing order.

How do I exchange an item purchased from Yoyogi Pets?

If the product is unused, undamaged and still in its original packaging, we can organise an exchange for you.

We’ll do this for any of our products, you’ll just need to return the product, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receiving it. We don’t refund shipping costs.

Please note, that we are unable to offer exchanges for sale items.
